Who called from 8183092997

Called 2x today, didn't leave message.  Most of our unknown calls are building/solar contractors and health insurance companies.

I got a call TWICE from 818-309-2997 in the 6 am hour!  What!?!  One was at 6:11 am and the other at 6:52 a.m.  The second time, I got fed up and answered.  I know there was someone there, but they didn't say anything.  When I said hello, again, they hung up.
