I received a phone message from an Angie from Wells Fargo in regards to an employee who is no longer employed here. When I finally had the time to call back, I asked for her and she say's hello this is Angie, I said the is My Name from X Company, returning your call. She says, what are you calling about? I reply, I'm returning YOUR call, do you have a question? She says, does X Employee work with you? I reply, is this your question....? No, he does not. She responds, smart [***] and hangs up!
I called the number back to speak to a manager and was quickly transferred to a voice mail box by the name of JoAnn Teroto. I left a message to complain about this Angie but I'm pretty sure no one will return my call.

really hard-ball collection company called me about my EX BOYFRIENDS car loan that is due and they want to repro the car, they wanted to know if i knew where it was.
i told them no, and then they went through a laundry list of people that are in my family, as well as my current boyfriend, saying they were going to send "agents" out to meet with these people to find their truck.
these people will harrass anyone that answers the phone, i asked them to stop calling me, and they said they couldn't do anything about it because i'm an original reference on the loan. i know this is crap
A lady, calling herself Josephine, was asking to talk to a person that is supposedly living in the same apartment complex as me. When I told her she had called wrong number she tried to ask the name of the apartment complex I live at. She claimed to be friend of the person she called for. When I asked how she got my phone number she could not explain it. When I questioned her further she just hung up...
I was at reception and some lady called and asked for someone we'll call "J." 99% of the calls received at our office are clients; the other 1% consists of telemarketers. I figured it was one of his clients so I transfered the call. I guess J wasn't at his desk because she called back. She wanted to speak with his supervisor because she "can never get a hold of him." J has been helping out another dept recently so I asked what she was calling him in regards to so I could transfer to the correct dept supervisor. she got annoyed and said she wanted his super "now" again I asked her where she was calling from so I could direct her to the appropriate person and she yelled "aargh" and hung up.
