Got call, told them we have never used a furnace company and he decided to tell me that he was looking at an invoice from 2012. I told him no he was not, because I schedule all furnace work and we have someone. He continued to argue the point and I said well why don't you tell me about this so called system I have and then he hung up....HVAC telemarketers UGH
An unwanted call from this Van Nuys cell number arrived today. When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message, just dead space. This behavior is typical of illegal telemarketers (Do Not Call law violators) in their relentless search for victims. Based on the comments of Morgan (see above), this appears to be a scam HVAC contractor, many of whom are illegal telemarketers.
DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM. DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.
The caller, CALIFORNIA ( displayed as ID on our phone ), called us @ 10:43, 02.05.2016. it left no message. When I returned the call few times hiding our number, the line was busy about 1/2 minutes, then hung me up. Even today, 02.08.2015.
