They left a message saying this is a final call from the IRS regarding "a fraud", not "fraud". They are taking legal action and issuing an arrest warrant in my name. This is a scam. Don't answer it.

It's even a badly worded mechanical voice. I just looked on the IRS site and there is a number to report these calls to...but the creeps will probably change the number before the IRS can fund them.
