Who called from 8183385970

Called on my cell at 7:42 p.m. on Labor Day.  "Unknown caller."  SPAM!!!
Why can't we identify these people????

I think it's the Florida getaways scam with whats-her-name Cindy (Rachael's younger half sister). Do not answer unknown calls and do not call them back.

Because they don't want to be identified, hence, spoofed numbers and IDs. That way there's no chance at being traced so they can continue pestering folks. Pester them back by letting your phone ring if you're able to.

Missed the call; no message was left.

Cindy is a Robot caller from Florida Getaways, I answered it & hung up immediately when I realized that it was a telemarketer.
