Who called from 8183389691

Called me on my cellphone (which is also on the Do Not Call list!), I did not answer, did not leave a voicemail.

I just got a call from this phone and this person started being lewd to me on the phone.  Some indian accent.  What a [***].

I know I get calls from them all the times never leave a message so I'm going to put them on my block list but I don't know if anybody's is a where but the way these people get our phone numbers is from phone companies electric companies heating companies  any company you deal with that has your information sells to them so much per hundred namesnot sure about hospitals as far as I know everyone else us

If you have an iPhone, just block the number. You won't know when they call unless they leave a message.
