Phone ID said "Life Alert Emergency". I have a medical alert button from another company & they wanted me to test the button and "stay on the line". I tested the button & they hung up. I called the company I use and it was not them! They call almost everyday. I called them back and yelled at them and they said they are taking me off their list. We'll see!
Called saying he was having difficulty finding a phone service for my area. Asked if I lived in ..(he named my town), I said yes, then he said he also lived on my street and asked what phone svc is in my area. I told him Frontier. He also mentioned that when looking in the phone book he could not find a provider. Usually the phone company is on the front of the phone book.
Well, I have news for him. He better not come knocking on my door because he won't like what greets him.
Life alert left me a voicemail saying I had inquired about their services... um NO. No I did NOT. I am 34 years old - not even their target demographic.
Can we say telemarketers hoping that the elderly think they have forgotten something? Just no - cut it out.
