I found out who is making the calls from this number: 1st Chair Contractor. The contractor use a fake caller id number 818 3860798. The real phone number is 877 788 2610. There address is 16946 Burbank blvd. Encino CA 91316. When I called and asked to be removed from their list I was told the contractors have the numbers and they cant do anything about it. I will be in the valley next week and plan on going to see if this address is correct. The have been calling my house for days~!!! The person just presses a number on the phone. I have been pushed too far and plan on filing a small claims action against them.
Called 12:20pm, Rang once, 30 seconds later it rings twice. A minute later it rang three times. Sounds like a robo dialer to me. ☺

Several websites show this as the number for a business named First Chair. Several websites show it as an unclassified business with no information about what it does. Lawyers use the term "first chair" to designate the lead lawyer in a trial. Musicians also use it for the top player for an instrument, for example the first violinist would occupy the first chair (closest to the audience). The address given is a multi-family residence. The picture looks like an apartment. It could have been a misdialed number (has never called me before).
