Google search shows this number is possibly connected with a contractor, though couldn't find an exact business name.

Kitchen Remodeling One Woodland Hills - Kitchen Contractors according to Yellow Pages. It is a Sun Valley number (not close to Woodland Hills). One source says it's a robocall. No listing of a contractor's license number, actual address, president of the company, business listings-in short it sounds totally illegal/fraudulent. I recommend not answering and blocking these calls.

Called 6/27/16. Left no message. Caller ID was "Out of Area" indicating a robo/spoofed number call. Now blocked.
