We keep being harassed by Verizon Wireless (when we're not wireless customers), with unwanted calls several times a day.
The number calling us is 818.459.4798, with caller IDs that are either "Glendale, CA", or "Out of area". The calls drop when our answering machine picks up.
We tried to call back the number to ask them to stop harassing us, but we get the following voicemail: "We've identified this number as a Verizon Wireless customer" (when our number is a landline!), then stating that they cannot answer our call at the moment so we should call back later!
We called Verizon Wireless' general customer service several times (800.922.0204), asking that they stop calling us, but they just ignore us --> besides systematically filing complaints with the DNCR, today we've also filed complaints with the FCC, CPUC and CA AG.
