Who called from 8184647041

Called my landline but left no message.

I answered and the called identified himself, but, the signal quality was poor.  When I asked who was calling, he hung up and didn't call back.

Answered it and after a pause someone finally came on and said something that I couldn't understand.  Told them not to call again and hung up.

Called landline.  5 rings then stopped.

Solar panel scam. South-Asian accents. First jerk, "Ryan" who's barely understandable turns you over to second jerk "supervisor" who speaks more plainly. Just thought I'd play along to help them waste their time.
