Now whether this is a spoofed number for a scammer is not yet known, as they haven''t said anything identifiable to anybody yet. Does it seem likely that a southern California Assisted Living place would be telemarketing to out-of-state customers?

After multiple hangup calls from this number I finally spoke to a human - Travis. Travis was evasive and wouldn't give me any details about the call. Told Travis the CEO would never be available to take his call.
