from the 818 got a call with caller id 818-480-6797 with  'out of area'  name

I answered it and there was nobody on the other end

I received a phone call from this phone number, i can hear him breath and then hangs up. Probably a company that verifies numbers and sells the info, not sure what the hell they are doing.

Same.  Hung up when I whistled into the phone.

this was invasive and rude.

Scared the sh*t out of me!!! The called stated that they are watching me as I speak.
