Represented themselves as "legal dept"... since THAT IS MY FIELD, I COULD FIND NO STATE BAR info that was so. Since i am on the do-not-call list(for nearly everybody except close relatives), I will be taking appropriate action if I ever find out who it really is.

I think its from UPS. I had a few missed calls but no vm and when I tried calling back, it says the number is not in service, but I called 855.223.6852 as some people had said was a callback number left for them and after it rang like 15 times, a recorded message said "Hello, Thank you for calling UPS..." and I just hung up after that, so I dunno what the rest of it said, but I just wanted to share this info- hopefully it's helpful to someone!
Just because someone programed a voice mail to say that doesn't mean it was UPS. Did you look up their number at their official web site? No, you called back an unknown number and have just verified to a possible scammer that they have a live number with a live person on the other end. It is also interesting that other posters indicate that this is a debt collection scammer pretending to be a process server. So either you are clueless, or you are one of the scammers trying to make people think that UPS is calling them (something they never do).
What would be helpful to someone is outside verification by UPS and not your trust in hearsay. The real United Parcel Service is full of deadly serious managers who would swing a big brown mallet at anyone caught abusing one of their phone numbers to commit fraud.
