A horrible debt buyer known as Persolve llc that tries to get you to pay a debt that may be not yours or more then you really owe. They will refuse to validate the debt and then will serve you a summons hoping that you never respond so they can win a default judgement. They will not attach any evidence to their summons and the amount on the summons will be less then what they had demanded over the phone.They will embarrass you and threaten you with legal action all to get you to pay and if you can't afford their monthly payments, they will insist you get a family member to help you. They add interest to the debt stating that it was on the contract that you signed but they will not send you the contract.
Report them to the BBB, FTC and your state attorney general immediately. If they send you a summons, respond to it!
AR associates (account recievables) I am sure another debt collector calling me about a matter in her office requesting me to call back, "in reference to a matter i have in our office" yes thats bill collecter lingo!
Several calls lately on my cell from Jennifer from Account Resolution with loud speaking voice and spoke very quickly ..No Details except to call her immediately concerning this matter ..
