Block.  Telemarketer.  Asks for someone with a nonsensical name, and then when you say they have the wrong number, they say they are a local real estate agent and would you happen to know anyone looking to move, etc... I'd guess this one is a guy who bought a contact list from one of those companies who sells your phone number, looking to drum up business.
