Got a call from this SCAMMER  about lowering the interest rate on my credit card.  I asked him where he was calling from and he said Washington DC...which is a lie ...the phone number is from California. I asked him how low could he lower my interest rate  and he said down to 4%  so he wanted my credit card number  so i gave him the number from an expired card from 1986 from a bank that went out of business 20 years ago. .  So he will be SCAMMED when he tries to use a 30 year old expired number.
