Said his name was Jack Hernandez and he was a loan office from cash advance and I needed to pay them or the were going to issue an warrant for my arrest and when I pay them they would issue a clearance certificate from the court. But I need to go to Dollar General and buy  a MoneyGram Express Card to make my payments with.

I didn't receive a phone call, but an email from this Jack Hernandez guy at [email protected] saying that I didn't answer court documents on time that they sent me in 2014...and that I have 4 hours to respond before they file a court case. I've had payday loans before, but never from this company or the amount stated in his email and they are paid off, and have been for a few years.

Bottom feeder. Ignore.  Real debt collectors do not send you an email regarding debt. Ridiculous. The generic gmail account is another tip-off, too. Email the loser back and ask him to send copies of those alleged court documents mailed back in 2014, the proof of certified mailing, along with proof of debt, and the name and physical address for his fly-by-night comapny.  Betcha he won't have anything to show for his BS.
