These guys somehow gain access to Windows Edge on your computer. It makes the browser inoperable. Tells you to call the number above. They then try to pass themselves off as Microsoft technicians and the scam proceeds from there. A simple solution is to disconnect the internet, close the browser and then open the browser without the internet. Connect back up and proceed.
