Who called from 8186393749

Called my cell 3:10 p.m. PST 10/23/16.  Left no message, argh...  Received unknown call from same area code and prefix one day prior; might be related/call center...

Called Saturday 29Oct2016@11:23AM PDT. Area code is blocked due to previous scam calls.

A gentleman called trying to inform me that PG&E was doing solar stuff in my area. He had my name and address. I am on the do not call list.

Received hang up in voicemail.  Number blocked.

Gee, who wants to rob me today? I guess I won't get a chance to find out.

(1) Bothered me
