This phone number showed up in a spam email I received today. Beware! It's a total scam. They claim to be producers for airline TV productions and say they would like to "discuss" your possible inclusion in a future program. Then you find out it's basically a video production you have to pay for and then they try to sell it. And no one buys it of course.
Company is TALK BUSINESS 360 TV (on the web as talkbiz360.com) and there are a few warnings about them around the web. They seem to have changed business names a few times. Domain name is registered through... can you guess? Domains by Proxy, of course. Apparently the owners would prefer not to be identified (for obvious reasons).
