Who called from 8186581672

I get several calls a day, It needs to stop

I have told these people multiple times to stop calling me and they continue to do so

I'll be filing a complaint with the State Consumer Protection Agency

Calls me 10 or more times a day. I called back and I get a recording saying to press 9 to be removed from the list. They are still calling me. No matter how many times I press that 9. Very annoying.

This number calls me at least 10 times a day and leaves the same message.  I tried blocking it but some how they keep calling.  Very frustrating !

They leave a partial message on my phone about every 13 minutes. Its cut off so have no idea who is calling . It never rings my phone. I have had the phone on my hand when it happens and It never rings.  I try to call it back and it says unable to complete call. Its filling up my voicemail so my family can't leave messages . I don't understand the purpose of only leaving a voicemail that ONLY says "if you would like to be removed from this call list press 9 but you never can cause your phone never rings !!!!
