Caller ID says Strategic Distr.  I did not answer.

Scammer - do not answer - block caller.

New year - new number - new hell to contend with.

Called Tuesday, 3/1/16 at 11:12 am. Caller ID showed "8186715100" (same as incoming number) which means I don't answer. Rang twice then they hung up.

They wait for you to pick up. Then there is a delay. You can hear them in the background. I get these calls one after the other on my cell phone. They are scammers. I block them.
