This nader louca calls every day, 4 times a day, if i don't pick up, he Nader aloucadoes not leave a message, if I pick up he listens then hangs up. Who can help?

Almost everyday, will get a two-call attempt as well, about 60 seconds or less apart from each other when I don't pick up the first call. One occasion, it was 10:00 at night. Been going on for about the past week.
Just got a two-call attempt just minutes ago. I let the first call pass. Second call, got irritated and picked up for the first time. No one answered, it was just electronic music playing. Gave 5 or so seconds for a human to respond and just clicked. Hope I didn't screw myself over. Will never pick up again.
Checked my call log. This number called three times on Jan 26, six times on Jan 27, once on Jan 28, and once on Jan 30. At least I don't have to hear the phone ring.
