Who called from 8187364000

Yet another Solar Energy Sales call center.  He Wants to setup an "appointment" for a technician to  review my power bill.
I'm betting it's another Israeli call center scam (familiar with the type, they're based in the San Fernando Valley)...
He doesn't even know it's a condo association, and won't let me call him back.  (I'll setup an appointment and file a complaint).

A different Solar scammer every day based on info at 800notes and they all seem to be in the 818 San Fernando Valley area code! These calls will NEVER be answered here.

ID read Coto Inter TR which is pure gibberish and stands for nothing! NEVER answer these scam calls.

I got two calls from them today. I did not answer nor did they leave a message. Such a waste of my call log and time.
