Caller claimed I should have received an insert with my electric bill, to which I told her I had never received such an insert. She claimed that pretty much "all the people I've called have no idea what I'm talking about." Yeah, because the whole insert thing is b.s. She knew my name and proceeded to ask if my electric bill was over x number of dollars and if I was a homeowner.
