To reply to these posts we are a legitimate collection agency. We are not a scam or criminals as you stated in your comment. If someone received a phone call from this number than either our sales department was calling your business, or a creditor may have sent you to collections. If you call back we would be happy to verify the debt and if it was sent to us by a creditor by mistake then we will close the account. We take all collection laws seriously and are professional about how we approach our claims. Feel free to contact us if you are getting messages and we will get to the bottom of it. Thank you
Stop back i will be putting their information up in the next couple days.
In the meantime:
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
