I got that same message also, about the headset and resort.... There's another one circulating too, the woman says something like "it's harder to get a hold of you than it is to get my kids to clean their room". They're not real people, but they're programmed to respond to certain words you say. Some words they don't understand, and if you repeat one over and over again, they respond with the same line over and over again. It IS infuriating.
