when answered, No one talks - when call back, recording states Survey has ended

Didn't recognize the caller or number. Let the caller go to voice mail; no msg left. I don't take calls directly that are not in the my contacts list.

Do not answer calls not recognized. They did not leave message.

Called 12/26/16 2:28 p.m. PST.  I didn't pick up; no message was left.  Now blocked thanks to above comments.

Didn't answer the call didn't know the number they left no message. I called back and went to busy signal. Probably a scam or sales call.
