I keep blocking these numbers and keep getting calls on nearly a daily basis. It's just the last 4 digits that are different. Sometimes it's a recorded call other times like today, live. Either way I have not been able to remove my number from these nuisance caller's lists. Please help. Thank you.

Read your call blocker documentation.
You may be able to block by blacklisting the area code + exchange.
That will stop 0000 through 9999 from ringing your phone.
Alternately, lookup "white listing"
