Same old Robo call about credit card interest rates was a woman’s voice and said her name was Heather, and it said that this was the last offer! Ha been getting that for years.  I pushed one to talk to someone (my objective is to waste as much time of theirs as I can). A women picked up and asked if I was interested in the rate reduction plan and I said sure.  She asked how much do you owe? I said about 23K (I actually don’t owe anything). She said what banks and I said both Visa and Master card. She said do you have the account numbers with you and I said it will take me a minute to get them, and then I paused for about 15 seconds and said are you Heather? She said no. I asked her what her name was and she said Bridget. I made some more small talk and then asked her if she ever gets irate callers and she said oh yes. I asked if she ever wondered why they are so irate? Then she hung up on me.  Well I feel satisfied since I kept their line tied up for 4 minutes.
