Additionally, the supposed "representative" said that if I had any questions I could call the number on the back of my membership card. I did call that number and they denied that 818-884-9563 belonged to Healthnet. I told her that if she had any communications for me, she could send something by email or mail it to me. That's when she became uninterested and hung up.
I got a call from this number today at my work. I didn't answer it since I knew it an out of state area code (818 is CA and I am in AZ) and I did not recognize the #.
I called it back a little later and it just rang and rang. hmmmmm
