Who called from 8188878789

Called 8/31/15 3:42 PM PDT. Caller ID showed "Unknown Name". As other reverse search websites did not list as spoofed call, called back--number disconnected.

keeps calling but number is non-functional when called back to tell them to stop

Repeated calls, no message. Blocked.

Number called earlier today.  I didn't answer, and they left no message.

Saturday 24 October 2015 -- 12:22 pm -- Caller ID said "unknown name".  No message was left.  Internet comments indicate this is a disconnected number when called back.
