Name: Rick, representing "Clean Energy Center" a "referral" company (aka a telemarketer)  based in Reseda, CA.

Wants to pass me to his "Supervisor" to get an appointment (referral) for a Solar Panel installation.

Can't tell me where he's located, or the BBB accredited name of his business.  (Got him to call back 2x trying to convince me)...

I was called by this number as well.  They've called me twice despite me saying that I don't live at a house.

Called last night but did not answer. Didn't leave a message but the caller ID only labels it as PRIVATE.

This guy keeps calling me and he told me that he will not stop calling me. That he will keep calling me, the name of the company is CEC Services.
