Who called from 8189457144

It called my cell phone I called it back and it said it was a magic jack customer

Caller said she was from CNL Design (Caller ID said "Gary Anderson") and asked if there were home projects I needed help with. I informed her I was on the Do Not Call list and she said I was not and I need to talk to my phone company.

Received call.  Didn't answer They didn't leave a message.

Total waste of time - caller is a Magic Jacks customer - which means they can place unlimited calls - total telemarketer - waste of your time. Scumbag. [***].

Another fake 'local' number which will not EVER be answered because unknown calls are never answered here and no active VM box for them to fill up.
