E-transfer over charge and capital one mastercard charges

This number texted me and said there was an overage on my cell bill and collect my refund click here......these are so horrible because most companies won't contact you about errors they will just fix right on your bill....ridiculous.

I was text to say that the revenue owed me 280 dollars and they wanted to etransfer it into my account. I knew it was a scam.
