Got call from this number on my 'pay-as-you-go' cell phone. I didn't answer.

I got this number on my cell phone.  I don't know anyone from this area that would call me.  I would like to report this number and have the calls stopped

Got a call from this number, picked up and the other party wasn't speaking

people on Pre-paid phone for a reason,
a.  we don't have money to buy whatever you try to sell,
b.  we don't have the cell phone minutes to listen to whatever you are trying to sell
