Who called from 8282147483

This number calls every day, usually at 10:38 AM; have called on 7/12, 7/13/,  and today 7/14,
I'm sure it's a telemarketer scam.  I don't answer when I don't know the caller or number, especially when the ID shows "Unavailable".  If the caller can't show a name, I don't answer!

Call relentlesly, 5-6 a day, roe weeks. Opted out several times. Took it once to ask to be removed and agent was a total [***] hole very rude
