I've had 5 calls from 4 different numbers but so close in numbers, it's obvious to me it is a call center. They don't identify themselves or leave messages, all classic signs of a telemarketer/scammer. I don't know for sure but suspect either police charity or firefighters charity scams.

well, now I've received 36 calls from 24 different numbers all between 229-1397 and 229-1437. It is reportedly a life insurance scam from Forest City, NC."Unavailable"
I get at least 10 calls a day from some form of this number (last 2 digits change) I answered today and was immediately ask " This call is being recorded is that ok?" I told them to stop calling me everyday and he hung up.
