A friend gave me this number to call to claim my money. The money is from the Federal Government department of Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WWCAB). They said I won $30,000 and after I filled out a form and sent it in they said I had to pay them 5% for taxes and clearance fees through Western Union. So I did and within 24 hrs they were on my doorstep with $30,000 in cash for me. I took some of it to the bank. They say it's real. Another friend says it's a scam that needs to be reported. But the bank says it's real money. I'm confused.
