Doing a search for this number, found this. They may have changed products by now, though.:

Call FTC fraud# 877-382-4357 and file an FTC complaint against this company. I did. The call starts out as a robocall informing seniors that their calls to 911 may not get prompt response and it may cost them their lives. Press 1 to talk to a rep. Press 5 to be removed from their calling list. First call used a different number and I asked to be removed from their list (even though I'm on the Do Not Call Registry). Then they called from this number 828-475-7077 so I opted to speak with their representative. From the background noise it was obvious it was a call center, so I asked the rep what telemarketing firm they worked for. Rep wouldn't answer the question and tried to obfuscate - then hung up on me. When I called the number back from caller ID it was disconnected. Probably spoofed. An Internet search shows "Senior Emergency Care" may be attempting to scam seniors offering a "free" service that they actually charge for OR may be phishing for credit cards and such"
