this dude by the name of Jeff Peterson with a real heavy thick either indian or middle eastern accent called the caller id said forest city nc and he said that he was from the legal department of cash net usa, then he proceedes to hand me off to some other dude which sounded like the first dude wiithout the heavy accent by the name of ricky watson who stated that he was a legal officer............huhm it only gets better.....
he said that i took out a payday loan from cash advance usa (they do not have license in Pa to operate a payday loan company currently, so it is illegal) he proceeded to tell me my social, my address, my employer and dob.......here is the real kicker- i tried the number back and it came back to the federal courthouse in asheville nc, not only did i report them to the payday loan companies but i gave the information that i was given over the phone, i kept calling them back and asking questions such as where i could send a payment (never was going to  send one for real) and was told "we can not receive payments at the phyisical location" and refused to give me the address, when hit with the fact that the number comes back to the courthouse i was hung up on, when told it was illegal in the state of Pa i was hung up on. but they called back within seconds of the first ring when my husband answered the phone so i called them back but i had also googled the number too
