The guy phoned and said he was a technician from the Window service provider, and detected problem with the window 7 running on my computer, and could guide me and run through the process with me over the phone.  I was suspicious as I wondered by what way he could detect problem in my computer, and I asked him to leave a phone number to call back if I need his help.  This is the number he gave me.
