I received a call on my cell phone from this number. Caller had heavy foreign accent.  Ask to speak with "the homeowner".  Said he was with United/Federal Home Improvement and wanted to sign me up for "free home improvements", and asked what kinds of home improvements I wanted to do next.  I told him I do all of my own home improvements myself and hung up.
