I have received 18 calls from this number just since the beginning of June; thats 18 minutes I paid for and did not get to even tell them to go to h***.  Some cell phone provider has issued this number and should be held responsible for the harassing use of the number. I have filed 2 complaints with the FCC already and it seems our all powerful government that can snoop on all of us can do nothing about this problem.
