I didn't answer, looked like a scam CID number. It disconnected the moment my outgoing message said the first word, "hello..." I called back on my burner cell phone, justmto hear what ir said, and got an intercept stating "your call cannot be completed as dialed." In other words... a scam call with a spoofed number. It seems I've gotten a handful of new scam CIDs lately, often with only the area code or prefix changed. But still, these are primitive robocall programs that are easily spotted. Only a few go a step further in being inventive. The Texas calls I've gotten lately are all scams about selling you crappy medical braces. Probably this one, too.
