Who called from 8302021675

Caller ID said "Cotulla Tx. Never heard of Cotulla. Did not answer and blocked the call.

They called us too on our landline.  Left no message.  Caller ID only showed the phone number, no text.  Most likely another scam of some sort.  There are so many to choose from these days.....
