Folks - Why are you answering these calls? They are always scams!!!
And DON'T call them back! If you do, you confirmed that you have a live, working phone number - a number that can be sold to other criminals or used in their next calling campaign.
Purchase a call blocking phone or device that can block entire area codes.
We have EVERY area code in FL, TX and Wash. State BLOCKED!
Our phones DO NOT RING when a blocked call comes in.
If the caller is not legit, then all you are doing is confirming that your number is valid. And they may be spoofing the number anyway, so you might reach an innocent party or a "no longer in service" message.
I rec'd one on my cell phone at 7:24P tonight, It was a "missed call". Same info as above. I get these all day long on my land line. They change their #, move on and call from a new
number.
