i too have been getting calls from 830 299 3746. i havent answered since it is not a number in my cell phone book. i tried returning the call to find out what it was and was greeted with a very quick busy signal.
People with foreign accent keep calling my CELL number asking to collect on an bogus debt. I canceled my land line because of so many of this type of calls and now they are targeting cell numbers. Won't give more info. They are using area codes from the area they are trying to call but the prefix and numbers don't correspond to the area. A new technique? Beware!

Said Texas Call but was computer giving person and number to call back. All this does is fill up answering machine and caller id on phone. When you call back, its nothing.
