"Failed shipping notice" scam.
They try to tell you they need to talk to shop manager because a delivery was returned.
They are trying to get you or someone to "reauthorize" delivery. Then they will send you a load of overpriced junk along with a bill they expect you to pay.

Called again. Gave them a throw-away number and fake name to call. They called from 4703092761 and left this message:
"Hello, this is Brandy Johnson with the JLX sports promotion department. I'm calling about a priority overnight package. So please call us back toll free at 877-521-0176"
This is a USSB/USSP Shipping scam. They "need" the shop foreman or whatever to "reauthorize" a so-called package that was returned or failed to be delivered.
If you fall for this scam and do authorize this, they will send a box of overpriced junk you never actually ordered with a hefty bill & will not accept returns.
